Brexton Busch has already started to follow in his father Kyle Busch‘s footsteps of becoming a race car driver. At the current rate of his progression in micro-sprint and dirt racing, he is well on track to continue to add to his family’s racing heritage. While he has the guidance of the 2-time NASCAR champion, he can always count on his mother, Samantha, and little sister, Lennix, who are always there to support him.
Samantha is active on social media and often posts regarding Brexton’s races and important insights. However, during his recent outing in the Midget Series, she was blessed with a touching moment that saw Lennix showering love and best wishes on her elder brother just before the race.

During Brexton’s latest sprint car race at Millesbridge, his sister Lennix was seen kissing the 8-year-old on his helmet in the most adorable manner. She even wished Brexton the best of luck with a gesture of thumbs up before the start of the event.
The lovely exchange was shared by Samantha Busch via a reel. It was indeed a wholesome moment for Samantha to see a lovely bond develop between the two. Expressing her emotions, she wrote in the caption, “This moment is everything I prayed for, the way they love each other.”
Brexton will be turning 9 this year and is already showing signs of becoming a successful NASCAR driver. He sure has the genes for racing, but he is also blessed with off-the-track knowledge and cracking business deals at such an early age. In February, he signed a three-year extension of his sponsorship deal with SERVPRO. This partnership blossomed when he was just 5 years old and made him the youngest sponsored athlete in the world of sports.

In fact, Brexton even had his first experience and feel of the NASCAR Cup car hopping inside Kyle Larson’s No. 5 Chevy at COTA earlier this season. While Brexton has been raking in wins this year, the same cannot be said for Kyle Busch, who is still searching for his first win after nine races this season.

Rowdy is arguably one of the best race car drivers of this generation. With two Cup Series titles and 63 wins to his name, 2024 was claimed to be the year where he would be back in contention for the championship. But that hasn’t been the case for the driver in his nine starts so far. The only big results he has managed this season came at Atlanta, where he finished third in a three-wide photo finish.

The top-10 finishes at COTA and last weekend in Texas were indeed positive, but he’s just been out of touch to be among the drivers who contest for wins week in, week out. Although with the Talladega Superspeedway race on the cards this weekend, Busch is feeling optimistic about his chances. “I want to carry out Cheddar’s colors to victory lane again. Let’s go do it,” he said on the Pat McAfee Show.
Kyle Busch emerged victorious last season during the spring event at Talladega, which was his second win with RCR. Considering how unpredictable the superspeedway races are, this provides Busch with a perfect opportunity to get his breakthrough win of the season.
