The NASCAR race in Texas saw Kyle Busch face bad luck once again as he managed to get DNF’d once again. This makes it the second time where he could not finish a race in a row.

Busch, unfortunately, spun around, slide across the track, and then slammed the outside wall in reverse, which destroyed his left rear wheels. The incident brought out the caution as the Joe Gibbs driver limped his way back to the garage area. Later on, Busch was spotted by the media who asked, “what was needed to flip the script?”. Busch laughed and replied, “2023.” Indicating that he has had enough with this season and how his races have been this year with Joe Gibbs Racing, and also that he was looking forward to starting a fresh chapter at Richard Childress Racing.

Fans were disappointed to see unfortunate luck strike Busch once again. Even in his final days at JGR, he does not seem to be able to catch a break.
Previously at Bristol, catastrophic luck stuck Busch as his engine decided to go on strike mid-race, forcing him to retire and eventually be knocked out of the playoffs. He was compared to the hapless MLB team, Red Sox, for his ongoing bad luck.
