Well, all the rumors about the allegedly fake 3rd charter by Richard Childress Racing came true. But with some very bitter news. Unfortunately, Kurt Busch announced he will step away from full-time racing in 2023. Although this opened the door for Reddick to enter the #45 car next year, it was at the cost of one of the more iconic drivers on the grid. And his brother, Kyle Busch is clearly heartbroken.
Was this was forced by 23XI boss, or it was planned all along, or a mere coincidence? We will never know. But what we do know is that it hit his brother more than any other driver.

In fact, Kyle went on to Twitter to give a proper send-off to his brother. And, sadly, point out the harsh fact that NASCAR will not be the same without him.
Proud of u bro n all that u have accomplished behind the wheel! It sure won’t b the same out there without u. Excited to see what’s next. 👊🏻 pic.twitter.com/j2tpgMIPYl

But he remains optimistic. Although Kyle confessed his brother leaving the sport is “disheartening” he will be normal.
Kyle added, “He’ll be able to be normal — as normal as a Busch is — for the rest of his life.” Well, “as normal as a Busch is” is one line we NASCAR fans know better than anyone else, and the grid is not the same without a Busch.

As someone who knows people with multiple concussions through sports, I can say he's made the right call. Some can't remember things and others have issues talking.

Bad part is there are still four races left for that crap car to end another carrier.

As a race fan I’m disappointed in NASCAR for allowing this car to cut somebody’s career short but I’m glad his health will be OK for the long run

Sad he got forced into retirement but concussions are no joke. I had to quit in 16 from concussions they were coming easier and faster. Still can bump into something and feel the symptoms.
