Tyler Reddick, the #8 driver of Richard Childress Racing complained about a strong headache on the 193rd lap of the Martinsville race. He said over his radio; “I haven’t felt right since that (last) restart. My head hurts.”
Soon after this, NASCAR fans began speculating that maybe Reddick’s wreck at the Homestead-Miami race is responsible for it. And as a result, they questioned the overall safety of the new cars and even compared Kyle Busch and Reddick’s cars.

Kyle Busch, who had to leave Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) due to a lack of sponsorship will be competing in the 2023 Cup Season with Richard Childress Racing. However, this transition has not been easy for the two-time Cup Series champion. After a 15-year-long association with JGR, Busch never expected to be in such a dilemma at this point in his career.
However, after striking a deal with RCR, the driver’s hopes of a secured future helped him overcome the struggles earlier this year. Calling Busch an integral part of Joe Gibbs Racing history, Joe Gibbs said; “We are thankful for all his contributions to our organization over the years.”
