Kevin Harvick hung up his helmet last year, bidding adieu to a glittering career of 60 Cup wins. He moved from his seat in Stewart-Haas Racing to a seat in the FOX Sports NASCAR broadcast booth. But despite his departure from the racetrack, the Harvick’s family influence in the racing world still looms large.
Harvick’s young ones are already paving their paths to glory in racing. While his daughter Piper is yet to decide on a full-time career, his son Keelan is already set to make his mark. Keelan is taking the racing world by storm, having brought more than one accolade in 2024 already.

Kevin Harvick and his wife DeLana Harvick are both deeply invested in the motorsports world. DeLana is the daughter of former Busch Series driver John Linville and had her first visit to a race track at only three weeks old. The love for the racetrack runs in the family bloodline, as Keelan continues to prove.
Keelan Harvick recently snagged his second victory of the 2024 season. He swept the Young Lions Club at Dominion Raceway in the past weekend. Speaking to the press, he was all smiles while narrating his experience. “Our weekend was really good, we swept the weekend with four wins at Young Lions and it was really good.”

Driving the Trackhouse 62 Legends machine, Keelan finished P2 on track in all four races. He spoke about the strong competition: “Yes sir, it feels pretty good. I just gotta thank them for helping me and my teammate, and congrats to him for the wins”.
Keelan Harvick kick-started 2024 on a resounding note, taking home the checkered flag from Charlotte Motor Speedway. He swerved his #62 car to victory at the Speedway Christmas Legend car marathon. Keelan is also the 23 INEX Road Course World Finals YL Champ, 22 USPKS Nat Champ (Mini), and 21 4X Nat Champ (Micro). He also has experience in go-kart racing on European tracks.
Kevin Harvick is clocking in several hours of effort in developing his son’s talents. That includes getting him under the best guidance possible: Harvick’s own mentor.

Named one of the 75 greatest drivers in NASCAR, Ron Hornaday Jr is a force to be reckoned with in racing. The four-time Craftsman Truck Series champion mentored Kevin Harvick and is now looking after the young Harvick as well.
Earlier this year, the 11-year-old young blood tested his mettle in a full-body stock car. Meanwhile, both the older Harvick and Hornaday were watching him from the background. They were giving him a feel of the big leagues, which Keelan may enter in the near future.

Keelan Harvick is prolonging the family legacy in racing. Only time will tell if Piper Harvick will add some woman power to the Harvick family with her yet-to-blossom racing talents.
