Taking things into context, under normal circumstances, 20 seconds is not a long time. However, in the motor racing world, being stationary for 20 seconds feels like an eternity. Naturally, the veteran driver was fuming at the lost opportunity to finish in a good position.
"I swear to god we look like the biggest f***ing bunch of wankers every week on pit road."
Kevin Harvick— Jordan Bianchi (@Jordan_Bianchi) June 12, 2022
He said, “We had just a terrible pit stop there at the end. Fought our way back, but we had a pretty good car all day. We had a decent finish, but didn’t finish where we should have. [Need to contend with] something that wasn’t a 20-second pit stop.”
“Just took away all of our chances with the pit stop. We screw up every week.”

Maybe he could have won the race instead of Suarez, or maybe not. Whatever the case, the former Cup Series champion was hopping mad, especially with his team.
As per his post-race interview, Kevin Harvick insinuated that his team was to blame. In addition to that, he declared that it had been a persistent problem for his pit crew. Despite the late hiccup, though, he was able to rally on and finish in a fine fourth place.

Harvick has won there twice in the past in the Xfinity Series, so he could be a favorite.
