Kevin Harvick fans need not worry anymore! Though the 2014 Cup Series champion has hung up his helmet for the Cup Series, it looks like he already has two little prodigies all set to take his place in the future! With son Keelan Harvick already bagging Pro Karting Series titles, it is time for the younger sibling and Harvick’s daughter Piper to shine on the tracks.

The 5-year-old has recently been taking her junior karting classes seriously. Participating in the Kid Kart division, she finished second in her latest race class and had a silver medal to brag about. She is definitely taking her lessons from Kevin Harvick with undivided attention.

Piper was accompanied by her family to the Trackhouse Motorplex. Young Keelan helped her guide through the different corners of the race before it started. On the other hand, Stewart-Haas Racing legend Kevin Harvick ensured his daughter was fully acquainted with the track before she raced on it. The two Harvick men’s efforts didn’t go to waste as Piper finished her two races with flying colors. The little one’s account on Instagram made a post about her P2 finish in the Kid Kart class and also talked about a solid outing on her wet track debut.

She posted, “Piper made her second start in the Kid Kart class and earned P2 in the double header! She got to race in the wet for the first time and got solid advice from Pops and Bruddy!”

Her racing debut came earlier this year on July 1 when she enrolled herself in the Kid Kart division. She finished first on her debut, although she had only one competitor then, showing promise behind the steering wheel.

What’s clear is that Kevin Harvick has created an optimal atmosphere for his kids to grow up on and around the racetracks. Having seen their father beat some of the best drivers in the sport’s history, it is no wonder where their motivation comes from. Much like Piper, Keelan has also been impressive in the younger circuit and has shown immense potential in the car.

The 2022 USPKS Mini Swift champion, Keelan, has taken big steps under the tutelage of The Closer. He has also begun racing on a larger platform, and in his most recent outing, he featured in the Thanksgiving Classic.

Driving the No.62 Hunt Brothers Pizza Legend car, Keelan won despite a delay caused by a wreck on Turn 2 at the Southern National Motorsports Park. He was also at the Fayetteville Speedway before his win, which portrays his enthusiasm for racing.

The 11-year-old has also won in the Young Lions division this year, where he dedicated one of his wins to his retiring father. Before these wins, he also partook in the Summer Shootout series along with Kyle Busch‘s boy, Brexton Busch.
