It seems that the team has made some changes to their Crew Chief for both their drivers by committing to a swap. Over a Tweet, Pockrass stated, “Crew chief swap at Kaulig — Jason Trinchere now crew chief for Daniel Hemric and Alex Yontz now crew chief for Landon Cassill.“

While the team might have thought such a move would freshen things up a bit and might even help either driver compete for the wins, NASCAR fans seemed to be on the other end of the spectrum with Kaulig racing’s decision.
NASCAR fans react to Kaulig Racing’s Crew Chief swap news
Fans were seemingly not delighted at the crew swap, claiming that such a move would hardly make any difference given the state of the team’s resources at hand and the skill set of their drivers.
Fans stated that the only possible solution would be to swap out the drivers for better-performing lads in the series. One fan stated that the move was done in order to help Daniel Hemric win a few races in the Xfinity series.
However, the majority of the fans thought that having a driver like Daniel Hemric was hurting their chances. A few people also pointed out that both teams were being given scraps to work with, hence it was hard to put the finger on just the two drivers but the entire management of the team.
Overall, the mood seemed to settle on the fact that Kaulig does not have the best drivers in their Xfinity Series teams.
