Jeremy Troiano’s career at Team Penske was nothing short of remarkable. Joining the organization in January 2013, he played a vital role in its communications strategy for nearly a decade. During his tenure, Team Penske celebrated major achievements, including multiple championships with Joey Logano, a couple of Indy 500 wins, a Daytona 500 victory, and wins across the globe even in Australian V8 Supercars where he developed a strong bond with Penske’s star driver Scott McLaughlin. Jeremy was also part of the team that saw Simon Pagenaud and Josef Newgarden win Penske’s 18th and 19th Indy 500.
Reflecting on his time at Penske, Troiano shared treasured pictures of his favorite moments on LinkedIn with the caption, “Over the years, I was able to be a part of numerous wins and Championships, including watching one of my longtime friends (Joey Logano) win two Cup Championships. I was able to visit Victory Lane with Jennell and Elliott at the Daytona 500. I was able to watch an Australian (Scott Mclaughlin) win races from halfway across the world, then become a close friend. And I was able to kiss the bricks at IMS as a race winner—a place that is so special to me and my family.”
His heartfelt post captured the emotions of leaving a role filled with cherished memories while embracing the uncertainty of what lay ahead. A year later, Troiano’s new chapter with Pit Pay has shown just how adaptable and forward-thinking he is in navigating a changing industry.
