One of the talks of the festival was Joey Logano’s sleek 1956 Ford Panel Van. The vehicle has been with the 2-time Cup Series champion for a while now as he showed it off last year as well on an episode of Drive on E! At the time, he had given a detailed description of just how powerful the van was.

In the same episode, Logano revealed the rest of his car collection as well. It included a slick black 1935 Ford Truck which pumps out an incredible 850 horsepower due to a race car engine installed under its hood. The 2022 Cup Series champion also showed off his 2017 Ford GT Heritage Edition. But there was something eye-catching about the vintage, metallic van.

“So it’s a ‘56 Ford Panel Truck, which is pretty cool alone, but we had to make it a little bit neater. It’s got a Shelby GT500 drivetrain in it, so this thing is pumping out about 700 horsepower,” Joey Logano explained.

Such a vintage yet highly powerful vehicle would be the perfect thing to get to a popular car show. AmeriCarnma features a number of beautiful vintage cars every year and this year was no different. Joey Logano’s van definitely stood out as fans on social media hailed the vehicle’s look.

A number of people were present at the event in Davidson and saw the van in person. One of them shared a few pictures under Joey Logano’s tweet and commented, “It looked awesome @joeylogano!”

For others, social media was the only place they were able to see the car. But that did not dampen anyone’s enthusiasm for the vehicle. “Looks great,” one user commented.

“Can I drive??? Pleazzzzzzzz???” pleaded another.

Even for users that were not really into older cars or automobiles from a bygone period, the impression that the 1956 Ford Panel Van left behind was unreal. “I love it. Not always a fan of old cars but this I love!!” wrote one user.

Some users used to own similar vehicles back in the day and it took them back to when they were younger, invoking a sense of nostalgia. “I remember my dad had one. It’s beautiful would love to see it,” one fan commented.
