Earlier, NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Noah Gragson turned up to Nashville with a new look. As it turned out, he sported a new haircut, styled like a mullet. When he spoke about the hairdo, he confessed that one of his inspirations is the late great Tim Richmond.

The 23-year-old said that he likes Richmond’s style, but wanted to add his own ‘twist’ to it. Of course, there were plenty of reactions for his new look, ranging from Kurt Busch to Amy Earnhardt.

Busch quipped, “Jeff Hammond did it better. Lol”. While, Tennessee Titans defensive tackle, Haskell Garrett commented, “LFG”, country-pop singer Clayton Anderson wrote, “#s*xsymbol”.

Another fan harked back to Gragson’s earlier comment and declared that he was like a reincarnation of the late Tim Richmond. He wrote, “If Tim Richmond was alive today”.

In the end, Gragson could only muster 13th fastest on the track after starting 6th. Meanwhile, pole-sitter Riley Herbst finished the race in a fine third place. Additionally, Justin Allgaier won the race after starting in fifth place, and this is his second Xfinity Series win in 2022. This places him firmly in third place in the Xfinity Series championship and in a strong position to challenge for the title.

Meanwhile, Noah Gragson lies fourth in the championship, also with two wins under his belt. Neither Gragson nor Allgaier have won an Xfinity Series title in their careers, so they will be desperate to reach one first.

It is also interesting to note that every driver in the Top 9 are all gunning for an Xfinity Series title. Meanwhile, in 10th place, Daniel Hemric is aiming to try and defend his crown from all of his rivals.
