After NASCAR rejected the LGB Coin sponsorship last season for Brandon Brown, the combined value of the crypto coin fell from an estimated $570 million to zero within weeks.

This enraged the LetGoBrandon.com Foundation, as they demanded, NASCAR “must pay monetary damages of no less than $391 million.”

Reporter and journalist, Mike Straw recently reported that Motorsport Games suffered net losses of nearly $36 million in 2022. That’s a lot of money for any company to lose in the course of a year. But when you add the fact that they’re also on the verge of facing a lawsuit by their own developers, things get worse.

According to Insider Gaming, the company’s developers are threatening a lawsuit over unpaid wages. It’s reported that as many as 30 employees haven’t been paid their wages since October.

When you consider all of these factors, it comes as no surprise that many NASCAR fans were not only unbothered by the state of Motorsport Games, but some of them thought they deserved what was happening to them.
