Who knew Nashville would be another t-shirt opportunity for Alex Bowman? But this one wasn’t the one he came up with. Rather, this one was suggested to him by fellow NASCAR driver, Corey LaJoie.

The Hendrick Motorsports driver came up with the t-shirt idea as a response to Denny Hamlin last season, but after the recent Cup Series race at Nashville, it was LaJoie who came up with a suggestion for a response for Bowman, because of their run in earlier in the race.

“I think we need to add a new shirt to the site,” LaJoie tweeted, to which Bowman replied, “Man i could even make a “so sorry” shirt to match from your text.”

This led to many NASCAR fans believing there was a possible feud brewing between them after this incident in the race, but more so, after this exchange.

Alex Bowman isn’t surprised by the unpredictability of the current season

In a recent interview, Alex Bowman opened up on his thoughts regarding what many are considering one of the biggest highlights of the season so far – the unpredictability factor when it comes to who wins any given race.

“I think it feels pretty normal to me. It doesn’t feel extraordinarily different,” Bowman said. “I definitely think the way the season has been – like I feel like the HMS cars were really good to start and some other guys have caught up here recently. The Trackhouse cars have been really, really strong. So, just trying to understand where we’re at has been interesting.”

To Alex Bowman, it seems like there’s not one driver who is dominating the entire season, that it’s still wide open. This makes him hopeful about his own prospects when the season turns to playoffs.
