With the Phoenix Race approaching, Tony Stewart will miss Kevin Harvick’s unequaled skills on the 1-mile track. Harvick’s Cup Series career ended with a seventh-place result in Phoenix, where he holds the record for nine triumphs. Harvick’s #4 car was consistently successful during his stint with Stewart-Haas Racing, with 14 P5 finishes in 20 races at Phoenix, also including 5 wins. Stewart saw Harvick’s performance thrive under its team’s banner, which made his departure all the more emotional.

Chase Briscoe’s 2022 racing season was kind of spectacular for him in his racing career. Briscoe celebrated his debut win at the Phoenix Raceway in the 2022 season. He finished the season in 9th position in the Cup Series standings.

But then, Briscoe’s 2023 season kind of lacked something about the show he had put in the previous year. Briscoe had four P5 and eight P10 finishes since the beginning of the 2023 season. However, his performance deteriorated with time, with fewer significant achievements, ending him in a 30th-place ranking.
