Denny Hamlin has a lot on his plate, both as a racing driver as well as a team owner. However, this time around, it isn’t about his responsibilities on the track.
It’s about the place he lives. In a 2017 interview with Charlotte Magazine, designer Scott Carpenter said Hamlin wanted a masculine edge to his home but didn’t want it to be cold.
The dark wood with a white theme becomes apparent as one looks at the living room.

What’s interesting is the addition of the car showcase in the back.
The kitchen and bedroom follow the same theme, with a beautiful view. And, the bedroom overlooks the pool.
It seems he has divided the pool into two sections with a rubber duckie on the side (The duck is probably the lifeguard).
As we go back into the house after a nice swim, we take a trip down to Denny’s man-cave which has its own bowling alley.
And, along with the bowling alley is a putting course. However, that’s not the only thing in the man-cave of course.
In fact, his house has a fully-featured basketball court. Frankly, no one would turn down a party at this house.
So, how much does this mammoth house even cost? And, how big is it really?

Hamlin bought a 1.28-acre lot on Lake Norman in Cornelius for $1.375 Million. And, in two years, he turned it into a 30,000 Square foot mansion.
Although a lot of NASCAR drivers live in that area of North Carolina, Denny has them all beat when it comes to the area.
