NASCAR rivalries have long been a driving force behind the sport’s excitement and fan engagement. These intense competitions between drivers and teams showcase the passion, determination, and skill required to thrive on the racetrack. While rivalries are common in NASCAR, they vary in intensity, with some being fierce and long-standing, while others are friendly and short-lived.
However, in Corey LaJoie and Kyle Busch‘s case, their feud is just boiling up with each passing day.
It all started after the race at the NOCO 400 at Martinsville Speedway. Both drivers were seen battling for the same piece of the track and bumped each other on several occasions. Later on, after the race, both drivers embroiled themselves in a verbal feud.

While speaking with Sirius XM NASCAR Radio, the Spire Motorsports driver said, “I’d take that as a compliment. I really do, because it’s not my job to be an easy pass. If I would have been an easy pass, I probably would have stopped being asked to drive race cars… six years ago.”
“I don’t get paid to be an easy pass.”
He concluded his argument by savagely saying, “I’ll just keep racing like a pain in the d**k and if he’s got pain in his d**k, he probably should go get it checked out.”
Is it a new thing for Kyle Busch to be condescending?

Kyle Busch has been often known for his blunt and to-the-point responses. Often times that does sound condescending, especially when he’s taking a jibe at another driver. It was not just the LaJoie case where Busch used an expletive to describe his racing demeanor.
The RCR driver had also made a condescending comment about Hendrick Motorsports driver Kyle Larson during the post-race press conference at Talladega.
Apparently, a journalist pointed out to Busch that the Next Gen car appeared to promote a patient approach instead of an aggressive racing style. The journalist went on to inquire if this might be more compatible with a more mature version of “Kyle”. In response, Busch humorously questioned which “number” of “Kyle” the journalist was referring to.
