During a media visit in Nashville ahead of the upcoming race weekend, Petty expressed his feelings for the upcoming season. When questioned about having Busch as the first guest, he said, “We’re genuinely excited to have Kyle as our first guest. However, I must admit, I wasn’t thrilled when he left me behind at the Cheddar’s restaurant due to the race car having only one seat.”

“I didn’t appreciate that, but overall, it made for a great episode,” Petty said, taking a jab at Busch. Still, Busch was excited about the episode and he expressed it later. But first, here is some more context about Petty’s show.
