The rookie driver of the NASCAR Cup Series and the pride of Dale Earnhardt Jr seem to have landed himself in trouble. The Legacy Motor Club driver may not be having the season he had expected when he graduated to the elite format in the ongoing after a spectacular season in the Xfinity Series just falling short of a few steps away from clinching the title.
Moreover, the driver has struggled in finding traction on the tracks and also suffered concussion-like symptoms, which forced him to be sidelined for one race. Nonetheless, these shortcomings were surely overlooked by the team undergoing a constant rebranding, but it seems that the team is set to draw lines, after the recent incident that required Gragson to issue a public apology.

In the recent few years, NASCAR teams have been stringent about drivers or any other officials directly or indirectly engaging in politically and morally problematic ideologies.
Owing to this fact, it seems that the rookie driver Noah Gragson seemed to have transgressed the principles laid by NASCAR. It is rumored that the #42 Chevrolet driver has allegedly liked a post on a social media platform that was centered around the tragic death of George Floyd in 2020. This action led to the driver being outright suspended from the race by the Legacy Motor Club after issuing a statement on its Twitter profile.
The statement read, “We have made the decision to suspend Noah Gragson effective immediately regarding his actions that do not represent the values of our team. Josh Berry will drive the No. 42 entry for this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan.”
Following this, a remorseful Noah Gragson posted his apology on his Twitter profile. He wrote, “I am disappointed in myself for my lack of attention and actions on social media. I understand the severity of this situation. I love and appreciate everyone. I try to treat everyone equally no matter who they are. I messed up plain and simple.”
A piece of news like this will surely divide the room. While many including NASCAR have come forward condemning the act, others stand in support of the driver.

I guess instead of firing you, they hit gold with this “opportunity”. Sadly, a crap team and a crap car, you could do better.
