Earlier, country music star Blake Shelton auctioned away a signed guitar for charity. All proceeds will go to the Speedway Children’s Charities in Charlotte, North Carolina. Needless to say, the lucky recipient was none other than 23XI Racing driver Bubba Wallace.

On Twitter, Shelton joked that his autographed guitar was not worth the money. However, he was glad to see the money go to a great cause. In response, the #23 driver quipped, “How about some lessons on this baby!!!”. It just goes to show how much Wallace likes music.

The driver did look quite dapper in a suit and bowtie while cradling the signed guitar in his arms. Now, he will be looking ahead to playing the instrument once he finishes the race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

What to expect from Bubba Wallace at the Charlotte Motor Speedway?
For the upcoming race, the 23XI Racing driver is starting in a fine 7th place. This puts him a few places behind his teammate Kurt Busch, who starts 2nd. As Busch won at the Kansas Speedway a couple of weeks ago, it would have injected new life into 23XI Racing. With both drivers in the Top 10, they again have a chance to challenge for the race win.

For Bubba Wallace, he will be extra desperate, as he will want to join his teammate in the Playoffs. Additionally, there is the added motivation of sticking it to his haters who feel that he did not deserve his Talladega win last year.

At that time, he won it after the race got red-flagged due to rain. Under different circumstances, the critics would be right, but Wallace actually managed to claw his way into the lead. Then, he held onto it until the red flag came, and went on to win the race.
