NASCAR has often seen brother go again brother in the past. However, there are only a few siblings who have achieved a milestone for combined victories together. After the monumental win at Auto Club Speedway, Kyle Busch grasped yet another win, the first one with his new team; Richard Childress Racing. Following this win, the tally between Kyle and his brother Kurt Busch went up to 95 combined wins. Becoming the highest number of wins between two brothers in NASCAR.
During a recent press conference, the RCR driver was asked how it felt to have achieved this milestone. In answer to this, Busch mentioned the emotional truth behind him and Kurt becoming NASCAR’s most-successful brothers.

The No. 8 Chevrolet driver had already broken a massive record that night. And after reaching this insane milestone, in the post-race interview, he said, “Yeah, no, he’s left all the heavy lifting for me to do for the rest of my time here. He took a break. But no, it would have certainly meant a lot to have him in the field. But just him being here and being around and still, his role over at 23XI is really special. I know he’s got a lot of friends over there, a lot of great guys over there that really pull for him.”
He further mentioned how Kurt was “emotional.” The RCR driver then said that his brother was “getting soft in his old age.”

Following Busch’s first victory under the RCR banner, he celebrated on victory lane, along with his team and brother. However, there was a special person missing from the occasion. His wife, Samantha Busch, was nowhere to be seen.
