With a challenging race on the weekend, the Trackhouse Racing star has chosen to race in the No.25 Rackley W.A.R. Protect Your Melon Chevrolet late model car. To the joy of his fans and NASCAR collectors, they can own a die-cast version of the same for under $11.

Limited edition model up for sale

The NASCAR community’s trusted diecast manufacturer, Lionel Racing, has opened the sale of the No.25 blue, white, and green die-cast on its official website. The die-cast is available in two versions. The 1:24 late-model arc die-cast will cost $65, whereas the 1:64 version will cost $10.99. The manufacturer is also accepting pre-orders.

The estimated shipping date for the item has been set to 31 August 2024. Both the die-casts are classified as limited-edition, so Chastain fans must hurry to avail this offer. With Chastain returning to his roots in short-track racing, the die-cast is expected to be a hit within the fanbase.

As for #1 Chevrolet driver, he is all prepared to shine at the weekend. In a recent press release, the Florida native shared his excitement to race against some of the best in short-track racing in the ‘Watermelon capital of Georgia.’

The competition will host Pro Late Model and Super Late Model races. Both events will have practice and qualifying sessions on Friday, and the main event will be on Saturday. Chastain was more than willing to race in the Protect Your Melon partnered event as an eighth-generation watermelon farmer. Expressing his preparedness, he said,

“It’s going to be a lot of fun racing with Rackley WAR in the Protect Your Melon – Buckle Up SpeedFest at Watermelon Capital Speedway. With Cordele being the Watermelon Capital of Georgia, this a perfect race for me to run to get prepared for the start of the racing season, while also reminding everyone to Protect Your Melon and Buckle Up on the road.”

Rackley W.A.R. co-owner Willie Allen has also added Dawson Sutton and Gavan Boschele to the arsenal, with the duo racing in the Super Late Model division. Allen couldn’t hide his joy as he stated, “Our whole Rackley W.A.R. Late Model team is pumped to have Ross in the No. 25 Pro Late Model at SpeedFest.”

“Cordele is a cool and unique racetrack and always provides some really great racing. We’ll have Dawson Sutton and Gavan Boschele in the Super Late Models and to add Ross in the Pro brings all the necessary ingredients for a really big weekend for us,” Allen added.

Can the Melon Man bring home a win in Georgia? If all goes well, he certainly has the prowess to do so. With essential sponsorships announced, a good start could go a long way in the 2024 NASCAR season.
