Josh Berry’s NASCAR outings have been amazing, as they have shown his remarkable talent behind the wheel. In light of this, Rumors are circulating that Berry, a substitute driver for Hendrick Motorsports, is likely to secure a seat for the upcoming Cup Series season as well as in different popular events. Amid all this, Dale Earnhardt Jr shared a post on social media that may have only fueled the rumor mill.

He indicated that Berry will be participating in the CARS Tour event prior to the All-Star Race.

The CARS Tour has been instrumental in cultivating successful careers for numerous notable drivers in the sport, and Josh Berry seems to be one of them.

Josh Berry Joins Forces with Dale Earnhardt Jr to Race at NWS

NASCAR icons Dale Earnhardt Jr, Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, and Justin Marks made a significant announcement as acquired the CARS tour. The CARS Tour will race at the North Wilkesboro Speedway, the track which saw a revamp project, majorly headed by Junior, worth $116 Million.

With the All-Star Race approaching, the county commissioners approved the necessary contracts, and construction work began to restore the Speedway. The CARS Tour race is going to be held at NWS on 17th May.

As quoted by cbssports.com Dale Jr started, “I’m a huge fan of the CARS Tour and local short-track racing. The competition, the tracks, and the drivers are some of the best around. (…) I’m thrilled to be part of its future.” 

According to a post shared by Dale Earnhardt Jr., he will be racing with Josh Berry as his crew chief for JR Motorsports at North Wilkesboro Speedway.
