At Phoenix, Front Row Motorsports Michael McDowell wrecked Alex Bowman during the final laps of the race. McDowell who drove for Joe Gibbs Racing as a replacement for Kyle Busch during the earlier years of his career decided to embody the ‘Wild One’s’ spirit on Sunday.

With a full-speed vehicle, McDowell rammed into Bowman’s car. And as a result, Bowman got inside the wall and damaged the front part of the vehicle. Owing to this, Alex Bowman dropped from the 15th position to the 34th.

In a recent YouTube video shared by NASCAR, the exact reactions of the two drivers have been recorded. As soon as McDowell made contact with the Hendrick Motorsports driver, Bowman said; “Oh, we got McDowell’d.”

Moreover, Bowman’s spotter Kevin Hamlin said; “I don’t know if he knew you were there.” Whereas McDowell on the other hand was heard saying on his radio; “Did not mean to do that.”
