Hendrick Motorsports is putting its pedal to the metal in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this year, expanding its program to a 10-race schedule with a star-studded driver lineup.
The legendary #17 Chevrolet Camaro will return to the Xfinity Series stage. This season, each of the organization’s four Cup Series drivers – William Byron, Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott, and Alex Bowman will get a chance to pilot the car, along with the legendary road course ringer, Boris Said.

“Victory Lane or Bust” in Hendrick Motorsports’ 40th Anniversary Season
“The No. 17 is a big part of our story, and it would be special to see it win – and win often – during our 40th anniversary season,” said Rick Hendrick, owner of Hendrick Motorsports in a statement on the official HMS website.

“The sponsorship has been a big success for HendrickCars.com and our dealerships, and we’re pleased to add more races and take it to another level in 2024,” Hendrick continued. “It’s victory lane or bust.”
The #17 car will be adorned with the familiar HendrickCars.com sponsorship, continuing a successful partnership that began in 2022. This expanded program builds on the momentum of Hendrick Motorsports’ recent Xfinity Series outings. In 2022 and 2023, the #17 team notched three pole positions, six top-five finishes, and seven top-10s, showcasing their competitive spirit.

#17 Will Tackle Diverse Tracks in 2024
The No. 17 Chevrolet Camaro will hit the track for 10 races in the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series, with a diverse schedule that will test the skills of its all-star driver lineup.
The season kicks off on March 9th at the desert heat of Phoenix Raceway with William Byron behind the wheel. Next, Kyle Larson takes the reins at the Circuit of The Americas on March 23rd, followed by William Byron returning for the legendary Darlington Raceway on May 11th. Then Chase Elliott takes his turn at the iconic Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 25th.
June brings a mix of road courses and oval challenges. Boris Said steps up for the scenic Sonoma Raceway on June 8th, while Alex Bowman tackles the classic New Hampshire Motor Speedway on June 22nd.

July heats up with Kyle Larson tackling the brand-new Chicago Street Course on July 6th, before William Byron returns for the challenging Pocono Raceway on July 13th. The season wraps up with a double dose of Darlington Raceway, with Chase Elliott returning on August 31st and William Byron closing out the schedule at Watkins Glen International on September 14th.
