Kenny Wallace retired as a full-time racer way back in 2015 but has kept up an active social presence among fans. His hearty personality goes hand in hand with his kind demeanor, as we see his invaluable contribution to supporting Jughead. A few years back, Jughead had his gall bladder removed and was soon diagnosed with acute diarrhea. He lost weight so much that he shrunk from 317 pounds to 150 pounds. Ever since then, Kenny Wallace has not batted an eyelid before doing all he can to get his friend the best medical treatment.
Wallace helped organize a fundraiser to support Jughead financially. He also raised money by selling apparel through Race Ranch Clothing. Jughead was admitted to the Mayo Clinic with the help of the donations and was released in November. However, Wallace’s recent update has gotten hopes for Jughead’s well-being spiraling again.
In a recent tweet, a NASCAR Fan Council member asked about Kenny Wallace’s friend. “Hey, @Kenny_Wallace how’s Jughead doing? With you racing this week, and knowing how much he loves to be with you, I couldn’t help but think about how he’s doing.”

The subtle remembrance was heartfelt, and reminded many people about Jughead’s ordeal. Kenny Wallace replied, “Jug Head is not good. He is headed back to the Mayo clinic tomorrow on Tuesday. He’s losing weight rapidly and in danger of a feeding tube.”
