There’s hardly a doubt that Danica Patrick is one of the most prominent figures for women in the United States when it comes to Motorsports. The former NASCAR racer is surely one of the top ladies to have graced the sport. Just like Patrick was conscious about her drive, similarly, she is conscious about her health too.

Though Danica Patrick isn’t a vegan, she’s very picky about what she eats. Motorsports has become a sport of glamor lately and one has to look after how they appear in front of the media. To maintain such needs, racers have to look after what they consume. Patrick certainly does so.

Consume unhealthy food and let your health suffer? It’s a big no from the former NASCAR driver‘s side. However, if one consumes healthy food, there are fewer chances of that person requiring regular medical care. This is where Danica Patrick agrees, as she shared a similar meme on her Instagram story.

What is Danica Patrick’s diet?

Even though some celebrities have opted for veganism, the former IndyCar driver isn’t one of them. The likes of Joaquin Phoenix and Geezer Butler have all turned vegan. Most importantly, the crown jewel of Formula 1, Lewis Hamilton, is also a big-time advocate for a plant-based diet.

What was her diet, then? Danica Patrick revealed her everyday diet on her website in 2013. She used to begin her day with oatmeal, followed by egg whites with goat cheese as a snack.

For lunch, Danica Patrick would take a whole-grain sandwich with deli meat. That was followed by Greek yogurt with granola and fruit. Finally, for dinner, she would opt for Salmon, rice, and vegetables.

However, that isn’t her food anymore. A blood test revealed these foods are harmful to her. Ever since, Danica Patrick has been taking a paleolithic diet, i.e. one that avoids processed food and only includes fresh fruits, nuts, vegetables, etc.
