While many fans might think that every driver cherishes being a part of the Daytona race, Deegan has a different take on that, and she backs it with some facts. In a recent episode of the podcast “Unleashed,” the 21-year-old shed some light on it.
She said, “From our calculations from the race, not this year, but two years ago, Talladega or Daytona, you have an 80% chance of not making it back, like, of not finishing that race.”

Like, it’s not my favorite track, but like, I won’t mind going to it later in the year.”
