Apart from driving full-time in the Truck Series under the banner of ThorSport Racing, Hailie Deegan’s schedule is not restricted to the oval tracks of NASCAR. On her path to success, Hailie Deegan has always found the helping hands of her parents and numerous individuals who provided her with much-needed support and made her life clutter-free, and there is one such person to whom Deegan owes it all. This was apparent in her interview with Kligerman and Cassill.
When the hosts questioned the driver as to who the people are that help her keep organized and focus on her racing career, Hailie Deegan retorted, “Yeah, so I have a specific manager, and he manages my dad, my little brother. He really is very focused on our family.”
“He grew up with my dad, he’s been my dad’s manager his whole life and so he is like a second dad to me, as I look at him and he does a good job of having people on his team to schedule everything for me, say like in Google calendar whatever it is, have everything laid out, just so I don’t have any missing pieces.”

“Then all our sponsor obligations, they lay that out on a yearly master calendar for me and I get notifications that like- ‘Hey this next week you need to have Monster posts done or three forward posts or film this YouTube video. They give me the full breakdowns of it all,” Deegan added.

“He sends me a one-sheet piece of paper, I do the ad read, and we throw in the YouTube video, and so I feel like we have, over the last year or too we have really good system of organizing everything so that nothing falls through the cracks.”
With a new road ahead of Hailie Deegan, along with the unconditional support from her team, it is to be seen if the driver can pull herself into her full-time Xfinity Series debut and make a grand comeback in the 2024 season.
