The NASCAR world is filled with talents beyond measure such as Dale Earnhardt Jr. Therefore, sometimes it might get difficult for some to find the right place amongst the competition. With big names that have created a massive place for themselves, some might be lost in their shadow. Such was the case of once a NASCAR name Blake Koch. Nonetheless, he found his shining light in something that aids the average person.

Blake, the founder of FilterTime, found his solace in the company he started in 2018. This happened when Blake lost his sponsorship to continue further in NASCAR. It was time that he thought of an alternative and started a unique journey in his career. The idea came to him from his personal experience when he forgot to buy filters at a store and it was a pain to remember all the details and make a trip again. Later in 2019, his friend and NASCAR champion, Dale Jr, partnered with him in his company.

Remembering the old times when it all began, recently Blake wrote on his Twitter account, “5yrs ago today I lost my ride. Was out to dinner for my wife’s birthday & got the call. Felt sorry for myself for 24hrs. Then busted my butt to start a business. Thought of @FilterTime Jan 29th 2018. Text @DaleJr April 2018. Launched http://FilterTime.com May 2018. Went for it!”
