During last Sunday’s Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Bubba Wallace and Christopher Bell were seen in a difficult position. Racing hard against each other at one point, the two were later spotted exchanging words after the completion of the race. And this conversation garnered a lot of interest from NASCAR fans.

Driving side by side, Christopher Bell’s #20 made contact with Wallace’s #23 during the race. And this upset the 23XI Racing driver, who could not help but scream out his frustrations to his team over the radio.

At the time when the two drivers made contact, Wallace was heard saying, “F***ing **** measuring contest, for no f***ing reason.”

Christopher Bell and Bubba Wallace are both Toyota drivers. However, while Bell was clearly racing hard to get ahead of his competitors, Wallace was frustrated as there was no need for contact there.

After completing the race, Bubba Wallace and Christopher Bell were spotted having an animated conversation on the pit road. While many viewers thought that the two were in a sort of a fight, Bell clarified the actual words exchanged by the two in a post-race interview.

According to a Twitter clip shared by a NASCAR enthusiast, Bell revealed,

“He (Bubba Wallace) was mad at me for…shouldn’t say mad at me. He was discussing whether I should have let him go mid-race whenever we are side by side for a couple laps.”

Even though the two Toyota drivers weren’t that happy with each other, they surely put up a great show. While Bubba Wallace finished in the fourth position, Christopher Bell also registered a Top-5 finish by ending his race in the fifth position.
