NASCAR’s Cup Series season is in full swing. Kyle Busch, who has had an amazing 2023 campaign so far, has already grabbed a Cup win at Fontana. But this doesn’t mean he can relax. The Richard Childress Racing Driver has a new challenge ahead of him every weekend. And with these races being hosted at various different locations in the US, he, along with his family, has to travel quite a bit. That may sound like a lot of fun, but that is not the case when your kid has certain health concerns. Samantha Busch, wife of Kyle Busch, encountered this recently and gave an update about it to her loving fans.

Samantha has always stood strong when it comes to battling tough situations. With two kids, a husband, and a business to take care of, she has aced the art of multitasking. While battling her own health concerns, Samantha also has to care for her daughter Lennix’s health. In light of this, Mama Busch gave a major health update for her daughter.

The family was traveling to Bristol Speedway in Tennessee for this weekend’s race. Taking the opportunity to connect with her fans, Samantha started a ‘Ask away’ series on her Instagram story.

A concerned fan asked about how Lennix, her baby girl, was feeling after a health scare.

Samantha giving an update on her health revealed, “Eye swelling has gone down a lot since starting antibiotics. We had to take her in to make sure it hadn’t spread to her eye. The poor girl went from an eye Dr to a pediatrician to ER all in one day.”

She also posted a picture of Lennix along with the answer for fans. Her eyes had a little swelling, but just like her mom always does, the little girl was smiling.

Earlier in February, a similar health situation of Lennix, saw the Busch family miss an important victory lane moment for Kyle Busch. The Richard Childress Racing star earned his record-breaking victory at the Auto Club Speedway race by winning the Cup Series race.

The victory gave him one win each for 19 consecutive Cup seasons, passing seven-time Cup champion Richard Petty for the record.

In his epic moment, he certainly missed his family by his side. Samantha, who couldn’t be at the race with the kids due to Lennix’s ill health, later talked about her absence from Rowdy’s emotional NASCAR win on Instagram.
