Last weekend’s Daytona 500 was one unexpected ride for everyone. Things changed drastically during the final few laps. At one point, people were convinced that it was going to be Kyle Busch who would take the chequered. However, things changed within a fraction of a second after several wrecks took place.

Seemingly, out of nowhere it was Ricky Stenhouse Jr being pushed by Hendrick Motorsports driver, Kyle Larson, who took won the iconic race. What seemed impossible was now the reality, Stenhouse Jr captured the win. One could say it was partly because of the team effort pulled off by himself and his friend, Larson.

The video posted by Stenhouse Jr was a clip from the cult classic Talladega Nights. However, in place of the actor’s heads, Stenhouse Jr put his and Kyle Larson’s face on it.

The reference was put in place due to the fact that Larson helped push Stenhouse Jr all the way to grab the chequered.

Fans found the ode to Talladega nights to be hilarious. They soon started commenting on their own converted lines from the cult classic film. Moreover, among the chaos, Denny Hamlin’s partner, Jordan Fish, also left a comment.
