The luxurious house of Hamlin is a marvel of present-day architecture and interior design. Inside the mansion is a combination of elegant and whimsical features. These swank a range of luxurious amenities, including an indoor virtual golf area, bar, pool table, and an entertainment system with one large television surrounded by four smaller televisions, in total the mansion has 24 60-inch Samsung televisions, both indoors and outdoors.
One of the most conspicuous features of the house is the all-glass indoor showroom garage. The garage exhibits Hamlin’s 2016 Daytona 500 winning car sponsored by FedEx, along with two of his other prized vehicles.

The house gets ostentatiously lit up by an integrated lighting system by Elan and can be controlled via a smartphone app. Not just this, the mansion also includes a bowling alley with FedEx-purple bench seats that double as a bar top. This room also serves as a trophy room, with various trophies and emptied champagne bottles embellishing the walls.
The undeniable beauty of the steel and glass elevator is noteworthy since it is a unique element that requires commercial contractors. The kitchen, however, has two triangular islands, dark walnut flooring, and an assembling of stainless steel appliances. There is also an outdoor barbecue area good for a warm and sunny day out grilling.
Last but not least, the mansion also flaunts a full-sized indoor basketball court, complete with LED scoreboards and a Denny Hamlin Racing logo.

How much does Denny Hamlin’s house cost?
Hamlin purchased this property for a whopping $1.375 million in 2014. He then commenced to build a 30,000-square-foot mansion on this land.
To build a safe place for his children and to bring his dream home to life, he hired a team of experts. This included Thompson Custom Building Group, who worked closely with Hamlin on the design aspects of the house. Moreover, Elite Design Group and designer Scott Carpenter were also part of this project.

Scott Carpenter, the designer who worked on Denny Hamlin’s house, shared some insights into Hamlin’s expectations for his dream home. According to Carpenter, Hamlin wanted the whole design and the aesthetics to be clean, simple, and contemporary.
Hamlin’s inclination towards modern West Coast vibrations influenced the design of the house. It features large, white bricks and channels Malibu vibes in Cornelius. This design choice was intentional as Hamlin didn’t want the house to be trendy but more of a timeless design.
