Motherhood is no easy journey. It transforms your body forever and changes your priorities. For Amanda Wallace, life hasn’t been the same since Bubba Wallace and her welcomed their little bundle of joy, Becks Hayden, in September 2024.

Amanda’s Instagram has since been filled with sweet moments featuring the new baby boy in her life. Recently, she shared an emotional post that struck a chord with many, including Denny Hamlin’s fiancée, Jordan Fish. Fish deeply resonated with Amanda’s heartfelt words as she has been through the same journey with her kids.

Wallace tries to balance her motherhood 

Amanda and Bubba Wallace had been dating since 2016 and tied the knot in 2022. While Wallace was behind the steering for the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series, he reflected on the birth of his child, saying, “You know, racing comes second now.” His wife, Amanda, took to Instagram to share a photo with the little one and admitted that she is still adjusting to life with Becks.

Amanda shared a beautiful sun-kissed photograph of herself with baby Becks that depicted her looking at the baby in a winter snowy setting. Magical isn’t it? The caption read, “Trying to get the hang of this thing called motherhood.” Being a first-time mother is not easy and Amanda seems to resonate with this feeling. It has been only a couple of months into the journey and it has surely been challenging. However, with time, mothers too become more experienced and navigate themselves better through the journey, and she got a plethora of support from mothers in the comments, notably from Jordan Fish, who voiced her support and love for Wallace.

Jordan Fish is already a mother to two beautiful daughters. While their first daughter, Taylor James Hamlin was born in 2013, their second one, Molly Gold Hamlin was born in 2017. Commenting on the beautiful post, Jordan Fish said, “And you’re doing a fabulous job”. Jordan has always been quite supportive of the Wallace family. She had even commented on a post when Amanda shared a family photo of the three. It read, “Aren’t y’all the cutest”? 

Jordan Fish’s support for Wallace comes out of love for the couple and knowing how tough it can be during a mother’s first time. Having gone through her journey of motherhood with Denny Hamlin for the first time in 2013, she is well-equipped to support and guide Wallace. Fish experienced very similar emotions when she had Taylor and Hamlin was right by her side.

While it has been almost a decade since Fish and Hamlin brought their elder one to this world, it seemed like just yesterday when Denny Hamlin shared the news to the world. Hamlin had taken to X (then Twitter) to share this amazing news to the world and his tweet read, “Introducing Taylor James Hamlin!!! Born Jan 20 at 20:20! Weighting 6lb 5oz and 20 inches in length.”

The Joe Gibbs driver had cut short on his Next Gen car testing at Daytona and returned early so that he could be beside Fish. “I didn’t want to leave her home alone at any point during the night,” Hamlin told the Sporting News in 2013. “These things can come at any time and she’s due right about now.”

Just like Amanda Wallace has been maintaining an Instagram record of baby Beck’s journey, Jordan was seen doing the same. Although Instagram was not very prevalent back then, Jordan had a personal blog where she accounted for all the special moments. She was also pretty active on Twitter and shared regular updates of her pregnancy journey.

Some of the tweets that she had shared during this time are “Yes nervous/anxious/excited! Ready for her to be here”!, “Just walked into hopefully my last doctors appointment :)”. This reflects how every mother goes through the same cascade of emotions during the initial stages of motherhood. It’s no surprise that Fish is right beside Amanda Wallace, supporting her through it all.
