While conversing on the podcast, 23XI Racing driver Bubba Wallace’s spotter Freddie Kraft mentioned that he thought Gibbs was “really running well”.

He went on to state that he thought Ty was a pretty nice guy, as he seemingly gave up spots to certain people on track. Kraft believes that if he fought a “little harder”, he could have gained a few more positions.

Denny Hamlin then interrupted Kraft and said, “I think y’all used him up.”

To which Kraft responded by saying “did we?” Then Denny mentioned that after the race, Gibbs told him, “I lost three spots here and four spots here. The 23 and 18 used me up pretty bad.”

After hearing what Gibbs told Hamlin, Kraft said, “Really? That must have been out of my zone.”
