Ty Majeski plans on hit the ground running at the Milwaukee Mile
Ty Majeski has some deep memories attached to this weekend’s host, the Milwaukee Mile. A track that has bred a lot of great drivers is finally back on the calendar after a gap that lasted 14 years. A flat track which has seen a lot of racing in the past has been brought back to the calendar to determine where the championship will be heading.
Majeski, after his memorable win at the Indianapolis Raceway Park last weekend, confirmed that he has his batteries charged. This weekend, the local Wisconsin boy will be back on his home track and with some form backing him. The regular season was unfortunate for Majeski since he wasn’t able to get wins despite consistently finishing in the top 5.
However, last week’s win means that Majeski can go all guns blazing in front of his home crowd. He seems to be very confident and happy about racing in front of his family and friends and is focussing on getting back-to-back wins.
In a recent NASCAR Live podcast, Majeski said, “The atmosphere is going to be electric there, we are going to have a lot of friends and family in the stands. If we are able to go to Milwaukee and win that race, that would be a really cool win for my team.”
