Rewinding back to 1977, the Star Wars trilogy made its grand debut, sweeping critics off their feet with its riveting storytelling, charismatic characters, the musical scores of John Williams, and revolutionary visual and sound effects. Fast forward to the present, and these iconic characters have been reborn in the midst of Halloween festivities, thanks to Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Brad Keselowski’s daughters, who all embraced the spirit of the galaxy far, far away.
The celebration was perfectly timed, following the announcement that Bubba Wallace would be gracing the Phoenix racetrack with a new paint scheme, a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Star Wars saga. In an epic collaboration with Columbia’s latest STAR WARS™ collection, Wallace’s No. 23 “X-wing” Toyota Camry TRD was nothing short of spectacular.
But, wait, there’s more because what came next was even more extraordinary! Picture this: Dale Earnhardt Jr. is wielding a lightsaber in the Darth Vader costume, with his daughter channeling her inner Yoda. And while Brad Keselowski might have skipped the Jedi robes, his daughter gleefully stepped into the shoes (or should we say buns?) of Princess Leia Organa. All this Star Wars spectacle was theatrically unveiled in an Instagram video by Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s wife, aptly captioned, “The Force.”
