In the story, she wrote, “Cereals are the absolute worst food in the world.” With a picture of an aisle full of cereal stacked up from top to bottom.
“They’re loaded with seed oils, glyphosate-added inorganic iron, gut-irritating gums, and chemicals. They’re a cocktail of the worst poisons in our diet. And every kid grows up on them. Makes sense why everyone is so sick.”
While it’s a fact that most processed foods sold in the market are highly detrimental to our health, cereals are one of the most consumed breakfast meals among the younger populace around the world.
Danica, who follows a healthy lifestyle herself, often posts and talks about healthy living over social media and talks about the same on her own podcast, Pretty Intense.
