Understanding something complicated is always a task, and there are probably a hundred techniques out there to do so. But former NASCAR and IndyCar driver, Danica Patrick, revealed the one and only factual way to learn something.
And she quoted the legendary scientist, Albert Einstein, to back her claim.

Patrick recently shared a post on her Instagram story. And the post was a quote that Einstein said about understanding a concept.
The quote said, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”
To which Patrick said, “FACT!!!!!!”, “If I stumble on a concept I always say – I don’t understand it well enough to be clear and concise.”
“However, that’s the only way we get there.”
Patrick sure isn’t wrong. And as they say, challenges make the man. So, maybe the only way to really learn something. But of course, the legendary Scientist has one big tip to learn something, and that is by enjoying it!
Einstein said, “That is the way to learn the most, that when you are doing something with such enjoyment that you don’t notice that the time passes. I am sometimes so wrapped up in my work that I forget about the noon meal…”

Really, a beautiful thought, and one that many might not know about Patrick. However, there’s one more thing that might come as a surprise to fans of the driver. Danica is also a big-time Spiritualist!

“I’ve gone to all kinds of churches in my life,” Patrick tells Jay Shetty. “I became a Catholic at one point in my life and went to that church. Then I went to a Baptist church. Then I didn’t go to any church. I remember I always used to say, I could be just as spiritual and religious at home. It doesn’t take a building to make it happen.”
