The former NASCAR driver has been vocal about her decision to have explant surgery. After suffering from breast implant illness for quite some time, Patrick finally decided to have the procedure. In an interview with Paul on the CarnivoreMD YouTube channel, Danica Patrick revealed, “In April 2022 I had my implants removed, and like within that night, after I’ve removed, my face started producing its natural oils again.”
“My scalp has been dry for like two years, and nothing I did would fix that.”
“So my face started producing oil again, which was like amazing.”

“I woke up in the morning and I just had so more energy. I always do everything I need to and I’m never too tired really, but I got up and had all the natural energy like you know how you feel when you just kind of in your stride and you’re ready to go,” concluded the former IndyCar driver.

Apart from being transparent about her likes and dislikes, comfort, and discomfort, Patrick is also a big-time health advocate. Just like she was conscious of her drive, the 40-year-old is conscious of her health too.
Even though Danica Patrick isn’t a vegan, she doesn’t eat everything she gets on the table. Being very picky, the former Cup Series driver maintains a strict diet.

Recently, she tied up with Good Foods, a company that makes healthier choices of your favorite snack items. Speaking to that, Danica stated, “A lot of companies use a lot of stabilizers and chemicals and various different things that create shelf life. Good Foods products don’t.”
“That’s why I fell in love with them right off the get-go. I love their guac, it tastes homemade. The buffalo dip is my favorite,” concluded the former racer.
