Chase Elliott has had a great season. Standing tall at the points table with 4046 points, there is little that can trouble the #9 driver. However, his race at the ROVAL left him frustrated after he spun out on the field. Moreover, he finished in the 20th position and even had a post-race scuffle with a cameraman. But here is why Dale Earnhardt Jr’s Dirty Mo Media reported the incident.

After his race at the ROVAL, Chase Elliott was spotted talking to his teammate William Byron on the pit road. However, soon an NBC cameraman approached the duo from behind. The cameraman had pointed his camera toward Elliott and Byron when Elliott suddenly noticed him.

But soon enough, Elliott covered the lens of the camera with his hands and pushed it away. Moreover, he gestured for the cameraman to go away and leave him alone. Even when the cameraman took a few steps back, Elliott walked up to him and made sure he was out of there.

And seeing this as a perfect opportunity to ‘memify’ Elliott, Dale Earnhardt Jr’s Dirty Mo Media along with Jordan Taylor came up with a hilarious video. In the clip, Jordan portrays the cameraman who is messing with a ‘mad’ Elliott. And by remixing Elliott’s original reactions with Jordan’s clips, Dirty Mo Media came up with the perfect reason for why Elliott was mad after the ROVAL.

This video caught the attention of NASCAR fans and received approval from NASCAR’s Dawsonville Pool Room too. Approving the meme, NASCAR fans left some hilarious comments in the comment section.

After Chase Elliott expressed his discomfort with the camera pointed towards him, he did talk to another interviewer. A few moments later, Elliott opened up about his experience during the race and his battle with AJ Allmendinger. He said;

“I felt like I had a good launch and I got through (turn) 1 OK. Felt like I gave him room through 1 and 2. I don’t know if he just overdrove 3 or got loose or whatever. But nonetheless, I ended up off the track and then had me in a really tough spot there through 3. And then I don’t know who ran me over through the other turns. So, yeah, it didn’t work out.”
