Tony Stewart is certainly not someone known to have the most polite tongue. Well, he’s recognized for the exact opposite of that. His name is synonymous with foul language, and bad-mouthing other people. But in his defense, he wasn’t always wrong, it was all out of a passion for racing. And more often than not, it was outright hilarious, which Dale Earnhardt Jr experienced, too.

One time, Stewart was basically humiliating a reporter, and Junior was just simply trying his hardest to hold his laughter in.

In an interview from the 2012 Capital City 400 at Richmond Raceway, a reporter asked, “Third-straight race there’s been no wreck. I mean, does that amaze you? Have you ever seen anything like that?”

To which the Haas co-owner hilariously replied, “David, only you’d ever think about stuff like that. I don’t know about what you think of during a race, but I try to figure out how to win a race and make my car go fast. I don’t sit there and think about petty crap that you think.”

Kyle Busch made Dale Earnhardt Jr. physically uncomfortable

Junior famously, or infamously replaced Kyle Busch at Hendrick Motorsports back in 2008. And that left a bitter taste in the two-time cup series champ’s mouth. However, who knew it would turn into a rivalry? Fortunately, Earnhardt Jr. solved everything in his podcast.

Dale Jr stated“We continued to bash each other and dog each other in the media, and just dirty look each other every time. Just hate, hate each other. Like I can’t stand to be around the guy, physically uncomfortable being in the same room as him. And I started the podcast so, I invited him on my podcast and we relived all that.”
