With three wins in 19 races so far this season, JR Motorsports aren’t having that great a campaign. However, they will be glad after young Sam Mayer registered his first-ever career victory in Wisconsin just a few days back. While the 20-year-old’s win was positive news for JRM, they seem to have something more to be glad about.

Recently, with one of their social media post, Junior’s team had a cryptic message to share. It read, “Go read the first word of all our tweets since Wednesday. It’ll all make sense soon.” Now, this is some way to engage your fans with what’s about to happen next.

While it was a taxing exercise, many took the effort to literally collate the words together. Eventually, it read, “That’s the day I’ll never forget. I had a barbecue stain on my white T-shirt.” For those struggling to recollect, these are the lyrics from Tim McGraw’s song Something Like That.

Naturally, this has confused the fans as many are left wondering about the context behind this. After all, what does Tim McGraw have to do with JR Motorsports? Fans on social media came up with interesting ideas on this.
