While Drake being at the Darlington Raceway in the NBC Sports booth alongside Dale Earnhardt Jr caught most people’s eyes, what many failed to notice was the fact that the ‘Hotline Bling’ artist was drunk. This led to quite a moment in the booth that a fan recently pointed out on Twitter.
In the video posted by a fan, Drake can be seen vibing to his own beat as fellow rapper Jack Harlow Wood joins him. What followed was a pretty hilarious couple of minutes in which Wood and Drake gave an interview for the ages to Rutledge Wood while Dale Jr. gets a front-row ticket for the show.
Journalist Jeff Gluck reacted to the video as he wrote, “Hey so I missed this interview on Saturday and…wow, I cannot believe @RutledgeWood and @DaleJr had this moment. 😂 Drunk Drake and Jack Harlow, Rut smoothly pulling out the lyrics and getting the respect at the end…amazing.”

This led to Earnhardt Jr commending his fellow NBC broadcaster as he replied, “Rut is a talented individual as you know.”

In an Ask Jr. segment of his podcast, the Dale Jr. Download, Dale Earnhardt Jr was asked about which tracks would he design from scratch should he have a chance.
“It’s hard to answer this question because I just want to bring back the tracks that I liked,” Earnhardt Jr. said.

“Original Atlanta would be my mile-and-a-half. We need a mile-and-a-half that doesn’t have a dogleg, and it has more turn than straightway,” he continued. “Asphalt (would be) 1985 Bristol would be my short track.”

When asked if that and those are his fantasies for building tracks, he said, “Those are it. I’d build them.”
