Having hosted some of the fan favorites from the past and the present on the Dale Jr Download, Dale Earnhardt Jr has gone for something different this year. In an announcement on X, Dirty Mo Media revealed that the podcast will begin in February with a visit from the much-awaited ESPN journalist Marty Smith, followed by a NASCAR legend.

Junior’s media house announced the new season of the podcast through a video reveal on its official X handle. The video begins with news about Dale Jr Download’s premiere, which will drop on February 6, and Marty Smith, who will be dropping by the very next day. With the season-opening exhibition race coming on Feb. 5, NASCAR fans can certainly expect an interesting conversation.
The following week, Dale Earnhardt Jr will reunite with his former Hendrick Motorsports teammate and 4-time Cup Series champion, Jeff Gordon, on February 14. Gordon is the present chairman of Hendrick Motorsports and brings an executive viewpoint of NASCAR’s winningest team to the episode. However, the one person that the fans have been waiting for a long time is JTG Daugherty Racing owner and former NBA player, Brad Daugherty, who will be appearing the following week.

Daugherty’s presence is like a fleeting ship on the horizon. With his presence being tough to avail, NASCAR fans have commended Dale Earnhardt Jr for choosing guests and fulfilling their curiosity of seeing the two together. The final guest of the month will be the 2020 NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee and legendary crew chief Waddell Wilson, which is definitely an unexpected but pleasant surprise.
