With just two races left in the regular season, the competition for the Playoffs is really heating up. To make matters even more interesting, there is just one seat left. Now, Dale Earnhardt Jr. has issued a stern warning to many of the qualified Playoff drivers.
According to him, there is just one driver who is the one to watch out for when the playoffs kick-off.

That driver is none other than Stewart-Haas Racing driver Kevin Harvick. Needless to say, there is plenty of evidence to back up his bold claim.

Harvick snatched victory at the Michigan International Speedway a couple of weeks ago. He later followed it up with consecutive wins at the Richmond Raceway.
Is Dale Earnhardt Jr correct in his assessment?
Thanks to this, Harvick is the first driver to notch up consecutive wins this season. This explains why Earnhardt believes Harvick will be “dangerous” in the buildup to the playoffs.

He said, “They’re the most dangerous team in the sport right now. He’s got enough playoff points to sort of get him through that first round.”
For the moment, the #4 driver lies in seventh place in the standings. Since he has two wins under his belt, he is relatively safe from elimination, in the event that NASCAR has 17 winners.

Points-wise, Harvick finds himself behind championship leader, Chase Elliott. He also has Ross Chastain and Joey Logano ahead in the standings.
Without a doubt, Harvick has been in excellent form in the past couple of races. Before this, many wondered whether he would actually make it because he was on a 65-race dry spell.

That streak began all the way back in the 2020 season and he did not win at all in 2021. Now, he has brought up his Cup Series win tally to 60 career triumphs. Back in the 2014 season, Harvick stormed to his maiden Cup Series championship and is on the hunt for his second.
