Dale Earnhardt Jr never ever misses the opportunity to amaze and impress his fans. The man carries a charm of his own, though he carries a legacy with him. The NASCAR Cup Series champion has achieved massive success while racing as well as outside. He has time and again proved he is a wonderful family man as well as an entrepreneur. 

Recently, Dale Jr posted a picture on his Twitter account which made fans go drooling. The picture is of the car from the eighties when his father was ruling the tracks. The No.2 Wrangler car has always been the talk of the town. One, because Dale Earnhardt won a couple of races in it, and two for its iconic color scheme. It was a treat for fans to watch them both on the tracks. Dale Jr posted the picture and wrote, “The 1980 Winston Cup Champion spent the past 3+ years at the @NASCARHall and has finally returned home. Time to finish the drivetrain and continue its restoration.” 

Fans couldn’t control their excitement and nostalgia after looking at the picture. Some even wonder if Dale Jr. will get it back on the road, or at least they can wish.

Junior is a superstar of NASCAR. There is nothing that he would not have tried his hands at. From massive success in racing to owning multiple businesses, he has left a mark everywhere. In fact, he seems like a man who would make it happen no matter what he gets involved in. Apart from all the work and passion that he invests most of his time, there is one thing he loves indulging in – cars. He has a very impressive car collection. 

Being a car racer makes one fall in love with cars in a way others can’t understand. It might be a story behind it or the machine itself. Dale Jr owns a lot of these machines and one of the oldest he has is a 72 years old 1948 Chevrolet Pickup truck. To name a few others, he has a lime green customized -1956 Chevrolet Nomad and a 1965 Chevrolet Impala which is passed down from generation to generation in his family. Another classic 1967 Chevrolet Camaro, a 1976 Chevrolet Laguna, a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and a classy black Holden Commodore. He has a 1988 S-10 Chevy Pickup truck, which Dale Jr. said was the first car he saved up to purchase when he was 16 years old. One of the closest to his heart seems to be the Corvette as both father and son drove it in 2001 in the 24 Hours of the Daytona race.
