It also saw famed Cup Series drivers competing in the series. But any such race is incomplete with a few on-track debacles. And this time it was Dale Earnhardt Jr who fell victim to it.

In a short video released by Dirty Mo Media on its Instagram page, the veteran driver narrates his experience in driving with his former Cup Series driver. The video is captioned, “‘I got Chastain’ed’ – @DaleJr. The Cup drivers that came down to @NWBSpeedway and raced last night all left happy, which makes us happy too.”
Dale Jr gave a rundown of the race to his co-host Mike Davis, saying, “Me and [Kevin] Harvick drank a few beers after the race. Good to see him, enjoy his run in the Late Model Stock Car with Rodney Childers.”
He further added, “Brad [Keselowski] had a reasonable finish after some contacting and that big wreck. Yeah, and I was about the … I liked the fact that our Cup guys that came to join us left happy. I got a text from [Chase] Briscoe about how much fun he had.”
Even Mike Davis agrees to the fact, “He did fantastic.”
Chase Briscoe finished the race in the 10th position. and Junior appreciated the fact, “He did, good strategy and he drove a great race.”
The JR Motorsports co-owner also exclaimed, “[Daniel] Suarez—saw him out there and I raced him hard a few times.” But the main crux of the race lay in the fact that Dale Junior was wrecked in the race and by none other than Ross Chastain.
“Chastain,” Junior laughingly added, “I took a picture. He ran into the left recorder panel late in the race. We were, you know, texting all week about the cars and practice. And we saw each other practice a little bit on the racetrack and talking about how our cars should drive. And after the race, I took a picture of my quarter panel and send it to him and said, ‘I got Chastained.'”
