“Cutting Food With Teeth”- Kyle Busch’s Wife Samantha Hilariously Enacts the Hardships of Being a Mom

“The hardest part about juggling businesses and family is just that there is not enough time in the day.” Every parent on the planet can relate to Samantha Busch, as she skillfully navigates multiple responsibilities while still admitting it’s much harder than it looks. Add in a world-famous racer in the mix, and Kyle Busch’s wife often finds herself having far more on her plate than she can deal with.

A firm believer in the authenticity of social media, Samantha Busch did not shy away from showing it as it was, even when it involved the unspoken truths of raising an adorable toddler.

Samantha Busch could relate to all the “weird” moms out there

“I feel that when you put things out there, it kind of helps people sometimes.” When Samantha Busch said this in an interview with Jeff Gluck, she had already garnered a monumental following on social media. Ever since her wedding to Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, Samantha has been a permanent fixture on the racetracks, inspiring her fans with the ease with which she manages the schedule of Kyle and his son Brexton, along with her business ventures and charitable organizations.

But with the addition of her daughter Lennix in 2022, the influential social media figure felt she had an even greater responsibility to showcase the challenges of parenthood, along with the unimaginable joy. She rightly pointed out to Gluck, “You sort of have to be authentic or else people can see right through it.” Due to the unrealistic societal pressure of having it all together, even with little kids in your life, Samantha Busch chose to change the narrative, one chaotic social media post at a time.

“My whole thing was to make women feel good about themselves and to raise them up.” She wanted her followers to know that it was possible to be a devoted family member and still follow their personal and professional dreams. And if, in the meantime, you had a few off days or resorted to shortcuts, that could make your life easier, it didn’t mean you had fallen behind in your role. Every parent must have eaten in a rush on their way out or changed diapers in a public place in a hurry, and yet it is often looked down upon as a parental failure.

But along with sharing her painful IVF journey, Samantha Busch also decided to showcase the ordinary, everyday hardships of a working wife and mother to instill the belief in her followers that they weren’t alone in it. Her latest Instagram post was the most recent example of her relatable parental struggles, such as smelling diapers and taking as little time as possible in the bathroom, all with her inherent humor and charisma.

“A lot of times I find myself spreading myself too thin.” Being married to a top-tier NASCAR driver was far from easy. When the racing community cheered the #5 Richard Childress Racing driver on the racetrack, it was because of the behind-the-scenes effort, care, and management of Kyle Busch’s wife, Samantha Busch.

In an interview with CharlotteParent.com, she admitted, “I am very hard on myself because I want to be a great mother and wife while also expanding and running my businesses to a high level.” In a humorous display of that sentiment, Samantha shared a clip in which Kyle Busch was getting dressed for the racetrack while Samantha had to oversee household chores such as cooking, laundry, dishes, and getting her kids ready simultaneously. 

The purpose of these intimate glimpses into her life was for all her fans and followers to not be so hard on themselves, and they were all in this together. This resonated in her empathetic words to Gluck as well: “We’re busy and a lot of moms are busy, and so I guess kind of my message is, ‘That’s OK’.”
