Christopher Bell is surely one of the most promising drivers when it comes to the new NASCAR generation. Moreover, the 27-year-old driver has already proved his potential with the Cup Series race wins over the last couple of years.

In a YouTube video. Christopher Bell shared his experience of racing alongside experienced drivers like Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, and Martin Truex Jr. However, no Hendrick Motorsports driver made it to the list. He said; “I am just telling you I’ve got my b*tt kicked plenty of times by Kyle Busch and Kevin Harvick and Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex.”

However, the interviewer then pointed out that these drivers in particular are the ones who make the most noise but score the least points. To this, Bell simply answered that they have different skill sets. he said;

“They have different skill sets than the young guys. The young guys always have an ambition. They drive hard, and they are typically fearless. And the old guys, most of the time beat’em with their experience.”

Although Christopher Bell didn’t make it to the final round of the Cup Series playoff, his win at Charlotte spoke volumes about his potential.

Clinching his second win of the year, Christopher Bell cruised through the checkered flag at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The race was particularly crucial for him and his team. And this was because it was the only chance for them to advance to the Round of 8.

Moreover, the in-race action during the final laps was nothing less than a thriller. Bell said; “I was the first one on new tires I guess we’ll roll the dice and see what happens. When I got into Turn 1, my spotter did an amazing job. They all started wrecking. That kept me out of the junk in Turn 1.”

Adam Stevens, Bell’s crew chief called the issue with the tires a “do or die situation.” Furthermore, he said that their emotions throughout the race were ‘pure desperation.’

However, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver was unable to qualify for the final round of the Cup Series. Standing at the eighth position on the points table, Bell has accumulated a total of 4028 points at present.
